Assign entitlements included in the child role to the user.

There is a Parent Role (PR01) that includes one user.

A child role (CR01) is mapped to this role using "Upload Role Associations."

However, the entitlements associated with CR01 cannot be assigned to the user included in PR01 (not created add ent tasks).

On the other hand, when CR01 is added as a child role to PR01 via the UI, a task is created.

Please tell me how to assign entitlements when adding a child role through "Upload Role Associations."

1. User M12827005 already possesses the Parent Role. Does this mean that after uploading the child role via CSV, the Parent Role needs to be reapplied for?

2. Additionally, is it expected that the behavior differs when uploading child roles via CSV compared to registering them through the UI, specifically regarding the creation of tasks to assign the child role's entitlements?

1. User M12827005 already possesses the Parent Role. Does this mean that after uploading the child role via CSV, the Parent Role needs to be reapplied for? - Yes , but it might not process as user already have role. You need to remove and add again.

2. Additionally, is it expected that the behavior differs when uploading child roles via CSV compared to registering them through the UI, specifically regarding the creation of tasks to assign the child role's entitlements?- Ideally not but this is current product expected behavior , You can raise idea ticket for improvement
