Hi,
We have a v2021 instance and we have configured few applications. But none of those are visible for ARS request for End user. Any idea what I might be missing?
Below are the steps we have configured to make application and it's entitlement requestable.
Anything else that needs to be done?

Hi Pallavi,
Thanks for the response. I have already disabled those tags. I could find few relevant configurations for Tags under Global Settings->Request. Below fyi, but no luck. any idea?

You need to set 'Disable enhanced application catalog based searches?' parameter value to -> YES.

Hi Everyone,
We are facing the similar issue. We have onboarded AD application and cant see AD application in ARS module to request for users.
We have checked endpoint, security system and global configuration and set all the config which are recommended to mark application as requestable.
Anyone has resolved it? Please advise.
We are using V2021.

Hello,
we have the same problem.
We use the version V2021.0.
It is a new security system/endpoint, which we have configured completely the same to an already existing security system/endpoint. The old system is visible in the request dialog, the new one is not. Has anyone found a solution????

Hi Petra,
After working with the Saviynt support team for about a month, the following configurations were found to be causing the issue:
- URL specified in Microservices job
- Microservices configuration
In our case, the support team modified these configurations in our environment which resolved the issue.

Hello,
We are having the same issue as well. No application shows up on ARS, checked Global Configurations, workflows, etc.
@Michael Torres, what change did they make to the Microservice configuration?
Currently what we have is attached as a screenshot.

we have the Microservices in use and running. Nevertheless, the application is not visible.
There must be some other setting that suppresses visibility.

Make sure that global configuration is updated to disable the tag based searches (if tags are not defined for any of the application) for the applications.

Thanks for your prompt response! Yes all the above mentioned configurations are set. However, AD child endpoints are not visible in ARS for requesting unless you search for the application (see pic below)
