Archiving details missing

Hi,

We have a requirement where client is looking to archive the request history, completed tasks and the job's history.

I went through the forum and FD but couldn't get much.

Please help me with the below questions if possible:

1. For the request archiving, we have to run a job which archive the requests from the request history as well as the pending tasks. But not sure where we can see those archived requests. Do we have to reachout to saviynt to send the history?

2. We also want to archive the attachments, if we do it, where we can see the attachments archived. Do we have to reachout to saviynt?

3. In the global config, we have to provide a path to store the attachment. If we provide the path, how we can navigate there to view the attachments?

4. We have a job to archive job history. After we archive the job history, where we can view the archived ones?

2. Attachments will be archived along with request

3. Only people with server access can view those files

4. Only people with server access can view those files
