Approval Workflows: change auto approve assignee and business justification for auto approve tasks

Hi all, 

we have implemented a workflow that, if some conditions are met, auto approves the request. When this happens the request history is populated as follows:

Where the assignee is the user who submitted the request.

Is there a way to customize the business justification message and change the assignee while still having the request auto approved?

e.g. I want to see the user "admin" as assignee and the business notification as "Request granted: no approval required"

This is default & can not be customized, Changing Approver will be audit concern.
