Hi Team,
We were wondering if it is Saviynt limitation or we are missing some configuration for Update User Request form.
Below is our current Update User Request form Screenshot:
We are populating few of user attributes under Identity Group.
These update user requests goes for approval to a user group. On the approval Page, we only see the attributes that are being modified in the request. Please refer below screenshot for the same.
Is there any way to publish the details of the requestee in the approval page for the requestor to understand for whom they are approving the request.
Another way is to directly check in the First page of pending request approval.
But our requirement is to publish the user details of requestee inside the approval page for that request.

HI @NM ,
Yes It does. But the requirement is to show all the attributes of users inside the Approval page.
I.e when you click on the right arrow and go inside to approve/reject the request page, Users attributes of Requestee should be visible to approver so that they can take the decision based on the user.
User Attributes can include:
Username, title, email, departmentname.

@h_sapkota use dynamic attribute to cater the need .. don't map it to any user column.. hide it in create only for update.
As the value is always new it will show in user update form.

Hi @NM ,
I have tried the above steps. It is not showing up in the request approval page. Since it is not tagged to any user column, looks like it wont show up in the Modification details page.
I was trying to show User ID in the modification details page for the Approver.

It seems you need below information, This is supported for ARS request and not for user request [Submit idea ticket]
Current details shown are
Configuration is under global configuration - Request - Show User Attribute in Request History and Approval

Yes @NM
The attribute is showing in request submission page.
Refer below screenshot:
We have enabled same for the ARS Request and it is working for that.
Is there any workaround for Update User Request to show the user's attribute?
