Application entitlements clears out

Has anyone faced similar issue , currently we have a AD integration using OOB connector , everything works fine  except sometimes for a certain time period the account associated with the few AD groups just goes blank just at saviynt side, it is all good at target side and they come back once access import is rerun .....but i wanted to understand what causses this issue

Hi @BT is it happening for all the users?

Is it happening at a certain period of time or randomly?

@NM it happening after 12:00 daily and comes back once the access import runs again.

@rushikeshvartak  but AD account and access import seems to work each time without failing .so what else could eb the issue

Check your status threshold configs in connection

Just FYI, if anyone facing same issue AD Access import incremental job was clearing out the entitlement , and the full import used to add them back .
