Hi,
When the disconnected application's account of a user got deleted then the account status changing to "Manually suspended" and the account name remains same.
Then the same user is again making a new account request for the same application, Saviynt is throwing an error “An account with same name already exists”.
To resolve this issue it was suggested by saviynt fresh desk team to have analytics to detect the deleted account's of the disconnected application and change the account status to "Suspended from import service" or change the account name using custom query.
Please help on this implementation!

What is your account name rule ?
change configuration in account name to check uniqueness in active account only. It will solve your issue.
using analytics you can’t change account status
