Analytic : Retrieve Disabled Account from applications during reconciliation

Hello,

We configure analytics,
I'm trying to retrieve the list of accounts that have been deactivated directly from the applications, and which during reconciliation have gone from active to inactive. This means accounts that have not generated any requests.

I've tried using the analytic template List of Manually Deprovisioned Account but it doesn't match.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

Hi @HichamElk , you need to check it via task whether a task was created to disable the account from saviynt.

There is no task for it as the account is directly updated in Saviynt by the data we receive from applications

  • When account created directly in accounts table taskkey will be blank

I don't have data in taskkey for blank value

Also, I don't have query as I don't know where to look. Maybe something with account or users table

If taskkey is null in accounts table then created from backend

@HichamElk yes.. if task not created still account is inactive means status was changed via target application import.

Exactly, and is there a method to follow these changes via import with an analytic ?

  • No
