Allowed Action: Accept not reopening after duration is reached

Hi Team,

We have some v2 actionable reports where user is allowed to take actions like Revoke/Accept/Further Review...

We are able to put in the start date and end date for the accepted records but even after reaching the end date the analytics record is not going to Open state.

As shown in the below report we have an allowed action: Accept

On selecting this option we get to add the start and end date as shown in the below attached image

Once this is saved we can see the comments as below:

Expected behavior as per Saviynt documentation is Once the end date is reached it should be reopened and be open for further editing/ taking next action on the analytics record, but here as if you notice even if the end date is passed it still shows in Accept action and is not reopened.

@spanday  Did you run the analytics again and check this, or using a previously ran report.

We did run the report again to see if it gets opened.

@spanday   as per the documentation it should work. if not then it must be a glitch.  I guess you need to raise a ticket, so the team will help you.

can you confirm you have entered the future date for the end date, and checked after this date (say if ED=21/09/2023 have you checked on 22/09/2023).

Yes we did check today also there are some records which was supposed to be open on 19th Sept but still in the same state
