All the Application Single Thread Job type is queued up when one endpoint is down.

When one endpoint connection is down the job of same job type related to other Security System is also getting queued up.

Is this a expected behaviour?

That's what my understanding was but its not the case.

Even if one connections is down the job type of other endpoints is getting queued. Is there any configuration to be looked into?

Hi @IDAM09 for Application Data Import (Single Threaded) as per my understanding it will execute only for one endpoint at a time. if you want to execute jobs for multiple endpoints in parallel, use 'Application Data Import (Multi Threaded)'

Hi @naveenss , We have created 2 Application Data Import (Single Threaded) for each endpoint.

1 - To pull Access data and 2 To pull Account Data.

So for 4 endpoints we have around 8 Application Data Import (Single Threaded) in our environment.

So if any one of the 8 jobs is stuck then other 7 jobs are queued up until the stuck job is completed.

Use multithreaded jobs which provide better performance also
