All Directory Roles are not getting Re-conciled in Saviynt Via the Azure AD Recon Connector

Hi Team

The Directory Role titled 'Authentication Administrator' is not getting reconciled in Saviynt Prod. We are using the 'AzureADRecon' connector. It is working successfully for some Directory Roles.

In Saviynt Dev we tried with the 'AzureADMemberRecon' connector and it is working successfully.(i.e. The 'Authentication Administrator' is getting reconciled).

Also There are many directory roles that are not getting reconciled for both the connectors.

In prod we made the same changes as in Dev .i.e -

1.  We made the Access_AzureAD Job  import config similar to that in DEV.

2. We made the ENTITLEMENT_ATTRIBUTE value in Azure Ad recon Connection similar to DEV. 

But still there is no luck.

Can anyone please provide a solution to our problem ?

Since the same config is working in Dev and not working in Prod environment. Please validate if the Prod data has any special characters or has any data issues.

Also please check logs during import if it unable to process any particular attribute.

We have already checked the Configurations in Dev and replicated the same in Prod.
