Adding "User Update access to a savrole"

Hi,

I want to add "user update" access to a SAVROLE.  User of the savrole should be able to edit/update user details from UI. I have added almost all the user related access and requestmaps but still it doesn't work. I get below error.

We are on 5.5 SP 3.14 Version.

Is there any specific requestmap that needs to be added?

Attached is the list of access currently added.
