Hello,

I am trying to add access to an account in AD via EIC - the account creation part is done successfully but the add access results in the below error. The service account used for this connector has CRUD privileges. Has anyone seen this error before?

Error while creating account in AD - [LDAP: error code 19 - 00000057: LdapErr: DSID-0C090FEC, comment: Error in attribute conversion operation, data 57, v4563]

Does service account have required privileges ?

Yes, I have checked and it does have required privileges. task type is New Account.

We were able to figure out the issue, it needed to be an SSL connection to add group memberships. Thank you for your help!
