We have a requirement where we need to add a excel link in the Dynamic Attribute so that the enduser will click on the link in ARS page and it will direct to that excel.

Hi @sk ,

I don't think you can add hyperlink in the value.

But you can add hyperlink in the label.

How to configure?

Preview in ARS request?

If this answers your question, please select Accept As Solution and hit Kudos

We are using 24.4 and added hyper link as DA in the form.

We are using modern UI.

But link is not showing clickable whereas it works well when it is classic UI.

  • Does hyper link text exceeding 255 characters ?
  • You can link option in dynamic attributes near attributes labels

@PremMahadikar , @rushikeshvartak  Thanks for the response.

We are able to add the hyperlink in the dynamic attribute.

We have added the excel sheet with 10 columns as link, so when ever user clicks on that link it will redirect to excel and fill the data and attach that excel sheet while submitting the request.

Is there any way to refresh the excel sheet , so that user cannot see the previous data where another user filled in that sheet.

Thanks in Advance

No excel can't be refreshed

Tried by creating the forms , the form is refreshing but Can you please help me how can we capture the user response so that we need to share the response to approver.

@sk ,

Once the form is updated, user needs to download the form and attach it in the request. The approver has visibility on the attachments.

Below is the view for the approver:

FYI: During request submission, you can make the attachment mandatory set at Global Configurations > Request > Add Attachment Mandatory
