We have an application role created for an endpoint and role has an entitlement mapped. We have an auto approval assigned for the respective security system. Upon requesting the role to a user and post request approval, we do not see any task created for "Add Access" for the respective role entitlement.
Also, we tried adding the role to a user from Admin tab as well, but still do not see any task created for the requested role entitlement.
The results are same even for an enterprise role.
We do not see any error in the logs for this. This looks like a bug, but is there anything that we are missing to configure?

We found the solution for this. We missed to mention the "Request-Option" against the entitlement type of the respective entitlement. After we added that, we were able to see the tasks created.
