Add a column to user selection screen when requesting access for someone AND when updating a user

Is it possible to add a column in the below screen?
I want to show the employee type as well:

Hi Yogesh,

This can be achieved through updating the JSP pages of the Saviynt. You need to check with the Saviynt team if they are ready to update it.

There is no configuration available to support your ask.
