Hello,

we have a simple correlation rule as stated below

(users.username)=(accounts.customproperty20)

Below is the JSON in acctattribute

[

CUSTOMPROPERTY20::employeeID#String

]

However, accounts are not getting correlated. Tried with a different correlation attribute with no luck. Please advise

Is the account import job successful? Do you see CP20 of the accounts updated? Can you also paste one sample of the CP20 value?

Thanks for the response. Account import job is successful. Just checked that the values in accounts table are empty for CP20. The format is all numerals

If CP20 is empty then the correlation won't work.

Please fix the issue to populate the CP20 value first.
