AD provisioning issue

Hi,

We are trying to create account in AD 

LDAP:*******************:389

But we are getting this error while executing tasks 

Error is : [LDAP: error code 53 - 0000001F: SvcErr: DSID-0311A126A, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM),

we are getting connection failed with LDAPS********port636.

So Connection used LDAP******** port 389 was successfull

but for user provisioning above error we are getting.

Can i know why are we facing this issue.!?

You are using 389 port and AD does not support some operations on NON-SSL connection. 

Please check the operation which are trying to perform is allowed or not on 389 port in AD.

Yes i have tried updating AD SSL Certificate in Saviynt and tried making connection

But in response we are getting this error

@hareeshreddy Please upload the certificate in Saviynt, your AD Connection is unable to find the valid certificate.
