AD Entitlement Recon job is failing

Entitlement full import from AD is failing with below error

Kindly help us to find the cause for this error.

There are some duplicate entitlements present in the system? Can you check that?

Also have you mapped entitlement id in your import?

We have mapped entitlementid=distinguishName.

Checking for duplicate entitlements. Is that a possible scenario? how duplicate ent gets created.

Does any mapping changed for accountid field ?

This error states thats  "672-25316-1"

This is duplicate entry from Entitlement Typekey 672 and Entitlement valuekey 25316

Try renaming entitlementid
