AD connection is failing with below error: Please advise.

If you are sure the servername/IP is correct, you can try to do a nslookup from the Saviynt Connect client. If that works, contact Saviynt Support to solve the DNS routing on their end. If it doesn't work, there is something blocking DNS resolution in your network.

  • Do you have dns resolver ?
  • Does it working with IP
  • Is there port opening done ?
  • are you using sc2

Did you Try pinging the target system from sc2.0 ?

The connection is sucessfull, I don't know what made it work but provisioning is failing with an error " hostname key is missing"

It must be some changes on sc2 /dns resolver level
