We are trying to connect with Ad but it is giving connection failed ,
But it was working earlier successfully with same connection.
Again we given correct URL , username, updated password. SSL is also updated.
But still we are facing same issue, can anyone help us to resolve this issue quickly what would be the issue!?

We get this error sometimes, also with a connection which worked before and should still be working.
How we usually fix this is change a value of an attribute in the connector and then change it back. That sometimes fixed it.
Another thing you can try is just running a job with the AD connector, maybe the error message is there but it isn't really broken.

Hi @hareeshreddy , Since it was working fine before and throwing error now, further analysis is needed. Please raise aFD incident with all the details and an engineer with look into it.
