Hi,
We tried to connect with AD server with 389 port and it was successful. Later we had to upload SSL cert and changed url to ldaps://IP:636, soon after connection has broken and keep getting failed. Now even if we changed port to ldap://IP:389 also connection is failing. In logs, we can see "connection exception" error and nothing else.
In Admin function-> Certificate management-> cert showing as valid
any one faced similar issue or any suggestion please?

URL should contain domain not IP. Certificate works on domain
