We configured single sign-on in the setting menu. After configuration, we enabled SSO. All services should be restarted automatically and we connected Saviynt in 25 minutes with SSO login, it doesn't work at all. But we can connect EIC with saviynt native login. Even my colleague didn't lose the session once all services were restarted.

Does SSO configuration were successful ?

Yes, we added the certificate and configured SP and IDP.
We restarted all services manually, nothing happened and we can login with Saviynt native account

consult saviynt support it may require restart from server side
