Actionable Report: Missing Notification

Hello,

we have created an actionable report to map orphan accounts, but when we select "further review", to assign/consult someone else as showed in the picture

the delegate isn't receiving anything, nor an email or notification.

Do you know from where it has to be configured?

Delegation is used only for ARS Request Process
