Actionable Email Approval Not Working

Hi Team,

We have configured the actionable email in order to recieve the approval from approver (manager) over email.

For that we have configured the Receive Email config like below

Actionable Email Template-

Once approver clicks on "Approve" from email notification, an email is sent to the mailbox configured for "Receive Email" like below

After that I amd runing the "Email based Approval Job (IncomingMailARSJob)" and getting the below error

Please suggest. Also attaching the logs for your reference.

@vermark - In your Oauth config, can you put the user ID associated with your mailbox?

xxxxxx@domain.com

Hello,

For us, the job is showing success, but even after running the job, the request is still in the pending phase.

What do you see in logs? Is it reading the approval email?
