actionable analytics for role requests

Hi all,

Is it possible to create an actionable analytics that will result in provisioning of a role to an end-user? If the analytics is able to return the user key, employee name, username etc, along with the role_key and role name (for enterprise roles),  can I create a 'provision acess' action that will result in the role being provisioned to the user?

Hi @asp ,

Assigning a role from actionable analytics doesn't work for this case. We have a columns called 'Assignedfromrole' and 'Assignedfromroles' in account_entitlements1 table which gets populated when the entitlement is assigned from role/roles.

Population of this value is very important as these values are considered for role removal, shared entitlement scenarios. So it's not possible to populate the value from analytics. Hence it's not possible to achieve this use case from analytics.
