Hi Team,
we have created one campaign and added the primary & secondary certifiers as an entitlement owner campaign.
so, once the campaign got launched, both the certifiers (primary & secondary) can see the campaign in their respective queue but question is - once secondary certifier takes an action on the campaign and complete it, it immediately gone from the queue of the secondary certifier (means it is not showing anywhere in the campaign list for the secondary certifier). But it is showing in the primary certifier campaign list for locking and finish the campaign.
Is it the correct behavior for the secondary certifier once he will take the action and completes the certifications , the certification goes from his queue and it won't display in his/her campaign list.
Please confirm on it.

Hi @Ajit
This is expected behavior. A secondary certifier can take actions on the certification but they cannot lock the campaign. Only the primary certifier can lock the campaign.
The secondary certifier can perform actions on certifications, but those actions can be reviewed and overwritten by the primary certifier. The actions taken by the primary certifier are considered final.
Please refer below documentation for details:
Thanks

Hi @prasannta
That's true, that secondary certifier can only take the actions and primary certifier can lock and complete the campaign.
But question is while secondary certifier takes the action for a particular campaign and complete it, that campaign is not showing in his campaign list after taking the action from the secondary certifier. Is it also a expected behaviour?

Can you check in Completed filter? Are you able to see?

Already checked, it's not even in the completed list for the secondary certifier.

Hi @Ajit
Since the secondary certifier has taken action all pending items it no longer shows the certification in their queue. This is expected behavior. The primary certifier will have the ability to override any action taken by the secondary certifier.
Thanks

Yes this is expected behavior. Secondary certifier can only complete the certification but ultimately primary certifier will have to lock the certification.

The described behavior aligns with the expected process flow. In the certification process, the secondary certifier is responsible for completing the certification tasks, but it is ultimately the role of the primary certifier to finalize and lock the certification."
