Accounts not appearing in Attestation

Hello,

For one of our endpoints with DB connector, accounts are not appearing in the attestation campaign.  Although the entitlement values are appearing in the attestation campaign, associated accounts are not shown in the campaign preview page. We have all the accounts under the Entitlement Type> Accounts or within each entitlement values. Can you please let me know what the issue could be? Both pages are attached.

Which type of campaign you are talking about?

Also in the objects to be included, have you selected Accounts?

Hi, It is an entitlement owner campaign. I don't see the option you have shown. Please see attached.

Check and enable below config for EO campaign.
