Accounts count disrepencies after running ADSI Access import jobs

Hi Team , 

We took the count of number of total accounts in the system before running the ADSI_ACCESS_IMPORT_INCREMENTAL AND FULL JOBs 

Count tally taken :

Before running ADSI job	After Running ADSI Access import full and incremental
399,930	401,679

The difference is 1749 accounts .

But when i check the ADSI ACCESS IMPORT Jobs tally (Both incremental and fulll ) it came out to be 

3834 + 348 = 4182

How is that possible ? Do the jobs take other things as new account as well ? Please explain.

Job ID must be updated for all accounts

How many total accounts are exist other that suspended? 

I am guessing its updating all accounts job id hence its updating all account count
