I requested for remove account / remove access for a user for an AD application and its task was completed. The account status is showing as manually provisioned.
If a account is removed in saviynt and in AD then what will be the status of the account in saviynt?

Account status should be Manually Suspended if account is deleted from Saviynt. Once Reconciliation (Account Import) is completed status will change to Suspended from Import Service
