Account Provisioning for Endpoint A based on Endpoint B

Hello Team,

We are working on an integration where we need to assign account to Endpoint B (used for SSO Purpose) based on success Account task completion for Endpoint A.

We are running into a situation where Endpoint B is not requestable via ARS and there is no Entitlement Provisioning to be handled for this Endpoint. Only Account Management has to be done for Endpoint B.

We already tried exploring the option for Mapped endpoint and Entitlements with new account option but it did not help.

Can you please assist what other option need to be tried?

if its only account management with endpoint B, see if you can create a dummy entitlement which can be auto completed for all accounts, and then use it in ent's with new account use case.

Hi @Darshanjain ,

I think there is no default action which can lead to account creation.

Provision access is asking for acctkey hence, analytics cant be an option.

We are trying to work with customer to have 1 dummy entitlement for account + access provisioning.

Yes you are correct on analytics which can only create add access task.
