Hi all,

If the account has been correctly correlated to the user, should the 'owner' tab on the Accounts page, show that user as the 'owner' of the account? Its not doing that after importing accounts and correlating them for AD. Is there some configuration that needs to be updated to set the owner?

No it doesn't show user under owners tab instead you will see Username field under account details tab gets populate.

User gets mapped only in case of normal account. Account owner is used for functional/ service account. Both are used for different functionality
