Account Name Rule with @ and . (dot)

Hi Team,

We want to set an endpoint's Account Name Rule as an email that contains two special characters (dot(.) and @) like biswajit.oram@xyz.com

But we are getting this error while checkout for requesting an account.

When we try by adding any one (.(dot) or @) it's working as expected. For example,

Is Account Rule support only One special character? but when we try on SV Test it's working perfectly fine.

Hi @biswajitoram ,

We don't have any constraint to use only one special character in the account name rule. It should work even if you put both '.' and '@' in the special characters.

As you mentioned it is working fine in one environment and not in another, are both environments you tested on the same version??
