Account lockout duration in Saviynt

Hi team,

We have a requirement to setup account lockout duration to 30 mins in Saviynt. We are planning to do it in externalconfig.properties as per the documents.

Does this change has any impact on systemadmin user functionalities as it is utilized in backend processes.
