Account Filter for Service Account Certification

Hi - we are looking to launch a Service Account certification and used the advanced query options to only Service Accounts that have a certain value in the custom property of that account. 

For example, SV1C, SVC2,  have the value 'Workday' set in Account CP 10 and SVC3 has the value 'Oracle' set in Account CP10. Is there a query we can use to only the service accounts in the campaign that have a CP10 value of 'Workday'?
