Account & Access import is not working for SAC(Sap Analytics Cloud)

I tried to get the Accounts & Access for the SAC target, I am successful in getting them in the Postman but where as in IAMStrong QA environment I am not able to see the entitlements of SAC. Could you guide me in ImportAccount JSON for this. 

In the logs I could see the response code as 200 but the response text is in HTML format and base64 format. I tried different ways by adding base64, urlencoded format in our ImportAccountJSON but nothing worked. 

Could you please help me in getting the Accounts and Access, I am also attaching my Connection, ImportAccount JSON and Logs.

Looks like the attachments were missed. Can you share the ImportAccount JSON and Logs.
