Hi All,
If user A is set as a delegate for user B, will user B also receive email notifications for approval? Or is it the case that only user A receives notifications and both user A and user B can see the request in the UI?

Yes noticed that but my follow up question would be, if delegate users are not getting any notification, even the having correct email set up, could that be bug?

I need guidance on how to configure this so that delegate users can receive notifications. All of the URLs seem to be bogus

It depends on the configuration you have.
If you have Do Not Disturb Delegate checked in Global Configuration -> Preferences then it redirects the emails to delegated User
If you have Do Not Disturb Delegate is not checked in Global Configuration -> Preferences then parent user will have option to mute the email under his user profile once delegate is Active if you did Check Show/Hide Mute Email in Global Configuration -> Preferences
