Access Denied when clicked entitlement in Campaign

Saviynt FD team helped to sav role in request map but we are still seeing error like below

Has anyone seen this error before?

Hello,

You need to add a feature to that sav role which should have the '/entitlements_value/**' requestmap.

After adding that feature, please 'Clear Request Map' on the sav role page.

Please close all the browser tabs and login back with the user and try it out
