After creating custom SAV roles, the users are unable to see any roles. Getting access denied error. What are permission and actions to be given to view roles.

Please check network logs to find which feature and API having issue and giving 403 error .

This is a known issue with 24.7 Please raise support ticket. This is new API introduced and not added/bundled in features
