Access Approval Workflow with Wait times

Hello,

I have a scenario where I need to pause the Access Approval Workflow for a duration of three days to enable the beneficiary complete the required manual processes before proceeding with the necessary approvals. This is required to avoid the requester raise the request time and again. If in three days the required manual activity is not completed then the request is to be cancelled.

How do I have the wait time implemented in Access Approval Workflow?

You can use escalation block to fulfil above requirement

Example - assign request to admin & auto escalate to next level after 3 days

Thanks Rushikesh for the response. We have done it in a similar fashion however it seems more of a missing functionality which I believe needs to be incorporated. The time wait seems to be a common requirement across many projects where we have implemented workflows.
