Hello Team,

We are getting a 403 Forbidden error while trying to create SFTP Connection type while setting Enhanced Connector Framework to "true". Any idea why? Please see the error below. Any help would be appreciated.

A 403 Forbidden error typically indicates that the server understood the request but refuses to authorize it. There could be several reasons why you're encountering this error when trying to create an SFTP connection with Enhanced Connector Framework set to "true." Here are some potential reasons and troubleshooting steps:

  1. Incorrect Credentials: Double-check the credentials you're using to authenticate with the SFTP server. Ensure that the username, password, and any other authentication details are correct.

  2. Insufficient Permissions: Verify that the user account being used to create the SFTP connection has the necessary permissions to access the SFTP server. Ensure that the user has appropriate read and write permissions for the directories being accessed.

  3. Firewall or Network Restrictions: Check if there are any firewall rules or network restrictions in place that could be blocking the connection to the SFTP server. Ensure that the necessary ports (typically port 22 for SFTP) are open and accessible.

  4. SFTP Server Configuration: Review the configuration of the SFTP server to ensure that it is properly configured to accept connections and handle requests from your system. Check for any configuration issues or restrictions that could be causing the 403 error.
