We have uploaded data to an endpoint SAP-OFS in DEV environment for both user and service accounts. The following have been set on 6 of the non-personal accounts

  1. The non-personal accounts have been correlated to a user based on SSO
  2. The owner of the non-personal account has been set as the primary certifier
  3. The account type has been set to “Service Account”
  4. On the endpoint, the service account type has been set to “Service Account”

I tried to configure the service account campaign with OOB configurations without any advanced configurations but the links to the campaign are not getting enabled in any mode (Preview, Launching and In-progress). The launch statistics and an export of the campaigns clearly shows that there are 3 certifiers involved for the 6 service accounts in step 1 and step 2 lists the entitlements to be certified.

Additionally, when I try to “create” the campaign, it remains in “Launching” state indefinitely.

Is there any additional configuration that is required?

Hi Vijay,

I see in the attachment that there is an error related to 'CUSTOMPROPERTY38'. Can you please change the data type of 'CUSTOMPROPERTY38' in the database to "long text" and try creating the campaign again.

Isn't the data type of DB to be changed by Infra Ops / Product team as it is native to the product?

Sure will have the Ops team look into it.
