Send Attachement of ARS request to Ticketing System

Hello Saviynt Team,


Is it possible to send the attachements of the users (attached in last screen of ARS request before submiting) to the ticketing system (SNOW) when rights are requested using ARS (Add Access tasks)?


If that is not possible, Please move this to "Feature Requests"

This is not supported currently. Please raise a support ticket and request Saviynt support to create an enhancement request corresponding to your support ticket.

Please provide as much details as you can along with any available APIs to support the enhancement use case.
