Hello,

Can I add/remove SSM objects to/from the Saviynt for Saviynt feature post enabling it? For example when I enbale the feature if I select only SAV Roles and later I want to add Organizations can I do the change. if yes how can it be done since there is no documentation on the same.

I understand the Saviynt for Saviynt configures a DB Connector and ideally modifying the JSON should enable me pull in addition objects or remove them. However since there is no documentation I wanted to know if anyone has tried this approach earlier.

Secondly will be similar to configure a DB connector/connection with Saviynt database to achieve the same functionality as Saviynt for Saviynt feature?

Hi Nilesh,

When enabling a SaviyntForSaviynt feature, a DB connector is created with the name you mentioned.

You can take this zip file attached that contains a "full" SaviyntForSaviynt connector that imports all the objects you would need to manager in the endpoint.

You need then to perform the SAVIYNTFORSAVIYNTENTVALUEIMPORTTRIGGER job then (under Data > Entitlements Import from Database (EntitlementValueImportJob)

Please let us know if this works

It would help to have a comprehensive guide to implementing Saviynt for Saviynt feature.

Did not find that in the documentation on this site.

Any help will be appreciated.

Anand

The Zip file from Adrien did help to understand the connector to some extent.

But a really good documentation would help so much to implement Saviynt for Saviynt.

It is ironic that Saviynt's documentation for its own connector is officially unavailable.

Please work on this and make this available.
