SAV role Access needed for Manager Campaigns

I am testing entitlement reviews in our system and ran into an issue where the manager is not able to access the campaign or even Saviynt. The user gets an Operation not Allowed message trying to access Saviynt. They have an account in saviynt and are setup for SAML. What Access is required in their SAV role to even be able to see anything when they try to connect?

I checked the SAV role they were assigned and it has no access assigned. What SAV access is required for a user to be able to see the campaigns they have been assigned? The documentation is not clear on what is required for this.

"Initially when a user logs in for the first time into the SSM application, the user may not be able to see the Attestation tab, since the access is not assigned. The SSM admin has to enable the user's access for every Attestation menu and Campaign sub-menus within SSM application. For more information about enabling access to Attestation tab, see SAV Role Administration."

When i look at what access i can grant, there are a few under Submenu.Attestation but when I search for Campaign i only get one item: SUBMENU.ATTESTATION.campaign_create.

Thank you for writing us.

Please refer https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000527137-creating-sav-roles#CreatingSAVR... for assigning fine grained access for campaign to the SAV role.

Please let us know if further information is required.
