Revoke task email for terminated user via User manager Campaign step 1

Hi Team,


We have a requirement to send an email with all account and access details for terminated users from step 1 user manager campaign. 


I tried configuring the revoke task email while campaign launch but it's not working. 

I can see it is fetching the mail template but not processing it

Is there any other config that needs to be enabled? Is there any other possible workaround to achieve this requirement?

Im not quite able to understand your question.

Could you please elaborate more on how/where you have configured the email template, what is the content of the template etc.

I have configured the email in Configuration >Basic campaign notifications> Revoke task email template 

(content of the email is attached)


My expectation is email should be triggered when a revoke task is created for users certified as 'Terminated' in step 1 of the user manager campaign.


Note: same email template is working in step 2 when access is revoked.

Smitha,


If my understanding is correct are you saying the following.


  1. The Certification has 2 users
  2. The certifier marks the 1st user as Terminated in step 1
  3. The certifier revokes the accounts for 2nd user in step 2
  4. Once you lock and complete the certification
  • Revoke Task gets created for accounts/entitlements for both 1st and 2nd users
  • Email is sent out for only 2nd user, not the 1st ?
