Hi Team,
We have a requirement to send an email with all account and access details for terminated users from step 1 user manager campaign.
I tried configuring the revoke task email while campaign launch but it's not working.
I can see it is fetching the mail template but not processing it
Is there any other config that needs to be enabled? Is there any other possible workaround to achieve this requirement?

Im not quite able to understand your question.
Could you please elaborate more on how/where you have configured the email template, what is the content of the template etc.

I have configured the email in Configuration >Basic campaign notifications> Revoke task email template
(content of the email is attached)
My expectation is email should be triggered when a revoke task is created for users certified as 'Terminated' in step 1 of the user manager campaign.
Note: same email template is working in step 2 when access is revoked.

This functionality was not supported and the Product Team has agreed to take a look at it.
There is already a ticket for it and I will update you on the ETA.
