Restart import via connector from last failure point

I need to know if the connectors can start \ resume from the failure point and do the import job successfully. If a long running SOAP\Rest connectors is importing users and for some network issue connectivity fails and connector stops importing. Is it possible for connectors to resume from last failed record and continue importing data into Saviynt.

The conenctor would start from start i.e. not from last failure point.
