REST import fails with null reponse

I am trying to reconcile the accounts and entitlements using Rest connector. The import job always fails with the below error.

Error - to Import Data correctly: NullResponseFromTarget

I have checked a similar topic in freshdesk discussion, but this doesn't seems to be like that. There isn't any issue with the URL encoding.

Can you suggest what could have caused it?

Hi Sakshi,

The response status code shows a Null value due to the following reasons:

1. Certificates are missing in the JRE folder.

2. The URL entered in Connection JSON is invalid or Host not reachable.
