Request to update end date for Enterprise Roles - Option not showing

Hello Saviynt Experts,


Recently we got upgraded our DEV Saviynt environment to 5.5 SP3

We have a requirement of updating the end date for enterprise roles assigned to users. As per the information given in link https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000582591-requesting-for-updating-the-end...

we should see the option to edit the end date. However, we are not able to see the update end date option for Enterprise Roles.


Allow Update of Access End Date is available in Entitlement Types to get the modify end date option, as per the below document

However, there is no option in UI available for update Enterprise Role end date.

Please let me know if I am missing any configuration.

Thanks for responding. Yes, I have already checked this check box. However, after selecting this which request option need to select so that we can modify the end date for enterprise role?

If I select the "Request Enterprise Role" and select the user, then it only shows "Remove Role" or "Add Role" option only.

Once the config for Update Access End Date for Enterprise Role is selection from Global Configuration > Role Request, the option to extend (or modify) the end date of an entitlement will be available. Any end date update option is available for Request for Self, Request for Others and Service Account. So, say, if you have an enterprise role on an application, you can go to Request for Self and in the modify scenario, for the enterprise role that you already have, you will find the option to edit the end date and submit this request.

Thanks for the response.

We have selected following Request Options in SAV role

Then from Request Home selected "Request Access for Others" and selected a user who has existing Enterprise Role assigned. Then selected the application which Entitlements added through that Enterprise Role and click on Modify button. On the next page it shows only the entitlements with modify end date option as

And on next page it asks for new date:

This helps to modify the entitlement end date.

However, our requirement is to modify the Enterprise role's end date. I am not sure how can I get that option. Please let me know if I am missing something or doing something wrong.
