Has anyone built out a REST Connector for RedHat IDM? Having issues with the connection JSON, RedHat IDM uses password based authentication to access the API.

Hi Dillon,


We have not integrated RED Hat IDM using the REST connector however Please refer to the REST connector Guide available in Freshdesk for users password based Authentication in the Section-Examples for JSON Construction-->Zendesk Application-->Connection JSON.


Please find the attached document containing the Sample Connection JSON.
